PARACURU KITE VILLAGE CONDOS
Kite Adventures is the exlusive agent for a new condo development project, the "Kite Village" in Paracuru, CE, Brazil.
Development one the first unit is currently underway.
Overview of the Kite Village condos:
- There will be a total of 9 units in the complex, with each unit built on its own 300m2 (10mx30m) plot of land (33'x99' or 3250 sq ft).
Note: the photo below shows 7 units, but the top right unit will actually be 3 units side-by-side, facing the street like the three opposite.
- The condos are ideally situated half way between the kite spot (about a 4 minute drive, over the dunes) and the center of town. The dunes protect the condos
from the strong wind that would soon bury with sand anything built right on the beach here.
- Each unit will have 3 bedrooms, each with private bath, and include an indoor/outdoor living space.
- A private pool can be included, and units sold furnished for an added expense.
- Only two units will be sold off plan at a discount. We will be accepting orders starting August 1, 2009 for completion and move in on November 15, 2009.
- Units start at R$150k (roughly US$75k or Euro € 55k).
